Sand Painting

Sand painting, the new kind of emerging art (新兴的艺术) in recent years, was combined with stage performance. It is the art of pouringcolored sands, powdered pigments (颜料 色素) from minerals or crystals, and pigments from other natural sources onto a surface to make a fixed, or unfixed sand painting.
Sand painting performances is drawnin the sand table with sand, and thenthe painting is projected onto the screen with the music. This style gives us a visual enjoyment. Someone once said “the climax of the sand painting is the last moment: All the beauty, instantly toashes”.
Nowadays, sand painting is widely used in wedding ceremonies, largeparties, TV shows,
opening ceremonies, cultural exchange activities, charitable performances…The sand painter has become a verypopular career.
